Welcome to the 58th Annual Jim Bowie Days Rodeo and Celebration.  On behalf of the Jim Bowie Days Association, we would like to thank all our sponsors.   We hope that you will consider supporting the Jim Bowie Days Rodeo and Celebration.  With your help, along with a great crew of volunteers we can put on this great week-long event for Bowie and surrounding communities throughout Montague County.

The Jim Bowie Days Association, which consists of twenty-two hard working individuals who with the help of their families and numerous volunteers work tirelessly to host and put on a seven-day event of family fun and entertainment.  We pride ourselves in providing scholarships and supporting youth and civic organizations in the area.

As a sponsor, your support will be acknowledged during the seven-day event which has a projected attendance of 9,000 fans and more than 650 contestants from all over the United States.  Attendees come out to enjoy and participate in a Golf Tournament, Bass Tournament, Open Barrel Race, two Youth Rodeo Performances, Youth Mutton Busting, FFA Calf Scramble, Parade, Youth Dummy Roping, Frog Jumping Contests, Turtle Races, Hamburger Feed, Corn Hole Tournament, Indian Artifacts Show, Quilt Display, Pet Parade, Queen Contests, Dutchess Ceremonies, Rodeo Dances, and three action packed UPRA Rodeo performances.

For the Rodeo, we have teamed up again this year with award winning TNT Rodeo-Stock Contractors, West Huggins-Rodeo Announcer, Walker Huggins-Sound Man, Brandon Dunn-Barrel Man, Summer & Company Fearless Equine Stunts, and Texoma Event and Media Production LLC. -Video Board to bring everyone three entertaining nights of rodeo action.

The Jim Bowie Days Association is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 Organization and supported by the UPRA and numerous local civic organizations.

Box Seats

While Box Seats are not one of our sponsorship oppturnities they are one of the prized items for the guests of the Jim Bowie Days Rodeo. We have two levels of box seats the Premium Arena Box Seats and the VIP Box Seats which are located above the bucking shoots by the announcers booth. At the moment all of the avaible box seats have been taken however when this changes those on the Box Seat Waiting List will get their seats on a first come first serve basis. $10,000 – Presenting Sponsor

Presenting Sponsorship includes: Repeating commercial and logo always in corner on 16ft x 10ft video replay board, 3 banners with your company name and logo; company logo on all Jim Bowie Days flyers, handouts, schedules, posters, newspaper ads, rodeo program and mention in 20 Radio/TV 30-second ads; flag with corporate logo to be carried in the arena during the nightly rodeo performances; one box seat for all three nightly rodeo performances; Website and Facebook exposure and continual vocal advertisement during the 3 nights of rodeo.

$5,000 – Platinum Sponsor

Platinum Sponsorship includes: company logo repeating on video board, 2 banners with your company name and logo; company logo on all Jim Bowie Days posters, newspaper, rodeo program and mention in 10 Radio/TV 30-second ads, Website and Facebook exposure and continual vocal advertisement during the 3 nights of rodeo.

$3,000 – Gold Sponsor

Gold Sponsorship includes: company logo repeating on video board, 2 banners with your company name and logo, Jim Bowie Days Poster, Website and Facebook exposure, Rodeo Program and mention of your contribution several times during the Rodeo production.

$1,500 – Silver Sponsor

Silver Sponsorship includes: company logo occasionally on video board, a banner with your company name and logo, your logo on the Jim Bowie Days Poster, Rodeo Program special mention, Website and Facebook exposure and special mention throughout the rodeo events.

$1,200 – Event Sponsor

Event Sponsorship company logo on video board, includes a banner with your company name and logo, Rodeo Program and company announcement prior to and during your selected Rodeo Event. Please indicate which Rodeo Event you would like to sponsor.

$1,000 – Bucking Chute Sponsor/Out Gate (Only 7 Available)

Chute Sponsorship includes a banner with your company name and logo, which will be hung on the outside of the arena for the month of June and then a sign that will be put on the chute during the Rodeo Week. Your company name will be mentioned every time that chute is used.

$500 – Inside Banner Sponsor

Banner Sponsorship will receive a banner with your company name and logo placed outside the rodeo ground starting the first of June and will be moved to the inside of the rodeo arena the week of the events.

$200 – Outside Banner Sponsor

Banner Sponsorship will receive a banner with your company name and logo placed outside the rodeo ground starting the first of June.

$100 – Special Sponsor

Special Sponsors will receive a form of special recognition on Sponsor Boards, along with their name inside of the rodeo program.
